This will fit the Heritage Roscoe 38special!! Comes with the 3 pins and 2 screws, ( you'll use the shorter one)! Knock out original pin and put new one in bottom, (origal pin diameter is larger). Fit is pefect! Took maybe 5 minutes to do in all!!!

Bought this grip for the Taurus 856 3inch barrel absolutely could not wait to get them and they arrived they are beautiful, i was like a kid on Christmas morning put them on and i was very disappointed with the fit i read the other reviews about how bad the fit was and i wanted them to be wrong so bad because i like them so much but the other reviews were right the fit is awful. What a shame.

I needed a set of non-rubber grips for my Taurus 605, and for roughly $35 shipped, I had to give these a try. Came in a nice little box with three little metal pegs, a bolt and some instructions. Very simple basic installation, but for full functionality, some modification was required. To clarify, my Taurus is one of the newer ones with the pinned bull head grip. While it was a perfect grip for shooting, the rubber would catch every shirt I own and ride them up until exposed, which was far from ideal for concealed carry. This laminate/faux pearl does a much better job of staying tucked away. My only complaint, and, depending on the individual this may be a deal-breaker, is that the screw installs so close to the mainspring that it will actually catch and scrape it in single action. Big problem. My fix for this was to figure where the bolt and spring were contacting and file off the unnecessary threads from the bolt. Only one side of the grips contains threading, so installation and removal are still possible. Other than that, inner shaping is a little loose and there is a gap between the back of the grip and the frame, but once tightened down those problems are not very important.I'm summary, good, cheap alternative to expensive custom grips, at least for the 605. Not perfect, but, for the price, good enough, and I would recommend this to a friend.
