It needs a USB port to plug in the dongle. I tried using it with Open Office Impress, and it mostly worked, able to forward and backwards through the slides, except when pressing the button to blank the screen, it closes the Open Office app, and I can't get it back without going back to the PC.Otherwise, it is quite useful for presentations.

This compact laser pointer presenter is easy to use, just plug n play and you can proceed through PPT presentations and similar with ease. It's compact for easy travel, has a built-in laser pointer, and a storage slot for its USB dongle to keep it all organized together.

I was really needing a laser to help instruct other people on the computer, the design of this and the quality was very nice. The laser was bright and easy to see. Very easy to turn on and off and works with a simple AAA battery. I would highly recommend this and plan on using it often.

I got this wireless presenter to use in my classroom. It can be a pain to physically click through a PowerPoint presentation using the computer as it prevents me from being able to circulate the classroom and better engage with my students. This wireless clicker was a breeze to set up and has great range. It's super lightweight and came with a nice pouch to store it in too. I love it.

This tool allows me to move around my classroom and forward the class slides. It also has a laser pointer. I just have to remember to slide it to the off setting or it will use up its single battery quickly.

Works well. Dot could be brighter, especially against a bright projector.
