With the "return to office" mandates, these are becoming trendy and useful again... I needed one for presentations.One major plus of this item is the dual USB A / USB C port. Will work on virtually all laptops. It simulates a keyboard, so no special driver required either!Range is completely fine, covers an entire normal room. The laser pointer works well and I concur with the other reviewer, my cat approves it too...There are many styles on Amazon, and I prefer this style, it is sized like a pen, so it fits well in the hands, but can also be hidden in a pocket quickly, and is not very visible. It's the perfect size in my opinion. It also fits well in a regular office drawer or laptop bag.One great feature is that you can store the receiver at the bottom of the remote. That way you will always have it available when you need it.Overall, super happy with this item. I had one a long time ago, I forgot about it when working from home, but now I need one again and this one fits the bill very well

This is a very nice presentation remote. A two-headed USB A/USB C receiver is stored in the bottom.It is powered by one AAA battery (included).There is a bright red laser pointer (cat approved). The up button is the previous slide button and the down button is the next slide button. If you press and hold the up button, it starts and stops the presentation. If you press and hold the down button, it blanks and unblanks the screen. There is also a tab button on top, a power on/off button on the left side and volume up/down buttons on the right side.It is slender and lightweight.Good value for the money.
