I’m just to old school watching my mom. Since I didn’t pay as good attention as I should have bought this and am very pleased. It’s almost 100% foolproof. Telling you what to do when. Have done several canning rounds with it so far and am pleased.

My only lesson learned... make sure the lid is tight on the jar... Other than my mistake, you would not have known I was a beginner. This made it easy.
