No warning about this - Screws provided are too long. Window shattered suddenly when I used existing holes to mount these replacement sash lifts. What was supposed to be a solid fix to the broken plastic handles will be a VERY expensive window glass replacement.

Solidly made product in comparison to the brittle plastic one l replaced. But missing a screw in my package. 5 stars review but 4 due to missing screw that l found in my tool box. however it’s not black, wrong colour.

I mean... it’s a sash lift... it’s pretty straightforward and was easy to install. I installed it about 2 months ago and it still successfully lets me open the sash.

Our windows originally had beige sash lifts and these are a nice solid black. The included screws are also color matched. Very nice way to update the look.
