This is a 4 inch heavy-duty galvanized steel pulley, with galvanized steel strap. Made of case hardened steel race with steel ball bearings. Comes factory lubricated and can be used at stationary or spring pulley positions. This pulley is designed to support steel cables up to 3/16 inch diameter.

I wedged an 8’ 2x4 under the door to lift it those final few inches, and reduce the spring tension. Was easier than clamps on the rails.Pulley wheels here are great and an easy swap. I ended up attaching this to the main spring without the cable over the other pulley where the top of the door is. Then manhandled it over that pulley as the final step. Hope this makes sense!

Couldn't find this at the orange despot place, the blue low place, or the local hardware store. Ordered this on Friday evening, it was delivered Sunday at 12:45, and by 1:30 my garage door works again. This seems pretty solidly made and is an exact replacement for the 4" pulley on my garage door.

It repaired an old 14ft high wooden garage door. Oversized door for a 'UPS' size truck. Old pulley was 60 years old.

This is an excellent replacement pulley for garage door springs. It seems well built and looks like it will last. No issues so far opening and closing my garage door.

It is a good Garage Door Pulley, but the "Cable Pulley 100 mm" by Fiberlane LLC is a much better Quality Garage Door Pulley, & the can handle double the weight as the "Prime-Line". The "Prime-Line" comes with a bracket & bolt, the "Cable Pulley 100 mm" by Fiberlane LLC, does not.

Nice pulley for garage doors. The ball bearings have slight play that might make them undesirable for precision use, however.
