My daughter was having some anxiety & bites her nails. She wanted to stop so we learned about these erasers that you can squeeze and knead when you feel anxious & it worked!

I use these erasers in my art work as I suspect most readers do. I'm not an expert so I don't know if there is an element of the eraser that this doesn't meet. I am totally satisfied with the fact that there seems to be few if not none of the smudges you get from a pencil eraser. In my "layman's" mind they fit my needs, do a great job and are reasonable priced. So that's my 5 Star reasoning and I'm "sticking" to it!

They come out of the pack hard, and even trying to soften them first doesn’t work well. BUT, if you use them to erase a lot (I’ve lowered the opacity of about 3 large sketches using these) it’ll get a lot softer. I use a smaller ball, not the amount of a full pack and it works just fine.

Was fooled by the name. These erasers are dry, not kneadable at all . Useless.

Purchased these for use with my pencil sketching, and they work quite well. I don't recall trying out Prismacolor before, but I may have? I've been doing art for a long time, and remember using kneaded erasers since I was in my earlier years. But not sure which brand those were back then? I have some of the Prismacolors, as well as some Faber Castells, but haven't tried any of those yet. But so far these work quite good, and the 4-pack value pack is nice.

Kneaded erasers are soft and can be Kneaded. all the 4 I have bought are dried up and cannot serve the purpose. unfortunate will need to return them. not the same quality as you get abroad.

I'm disappointed in these erasers. I can't imagine Prismacolor putting these on the market. They are extremely hard. I form mine into teardrops and continually reform the point for erasing highlights. It's next to impossible to form anything with these. I put these in my pocket for at least 2 hours while I was drawing, hoping the heat would soften them (I use more than one together). It didn't. Maybe I'll try using just one and see if there is a difference. If so, I will update this review.
