Excellent product. Great for rolling IT band and not exerting any pressure which is key since it’s an impossible area to roll otherwise. Also, good for the spine since you can run the roller up and down continuously for longer periods.Edges are also great for glutes and much better than conventional rollers due to the ribbing design.All round great product….

The SpineGroove is far and away the best roller I have ever had… I just bought a second one because my husband hogs the first! Unlike other rollers which can be painful and feel like you’re doing damage to yourself, the SpineGroove feels more like a professional working your fascia, and the difference is extraordinary.
