These were a perfect fit for my aerobars that I was struggling to find a replacement for.They are slightly different (but not in a bad way) to what came with the F19 aerobars at purchase which were a foam pad with a material cover with velcro straps to keep the pad in place.These replacement pads I purchased attach to the aerobars with velcro which comes with the pads and sticks to the aerobars. This is much better than having a material cover.

Works well, but wish they had the strap like my original ones and not just the Velcro pad. They stay on well, but pulling them off sometimes removes the backing stuck to the aerobar which needs to be put back on.

I bought these to replace my worn existing pads. I went with the 16 mm thickness, as so many reviews for the 21 mm said they wished they'd gotten the 16 mm (but none explained why). I'm happy with these. They are exactly like the originals, come with the velcro already attached on the back, and I just peeled off my old and put on the new ones in less than a minute. Easy peezy, lemon squeezy. They also include the velcro to replace the ones on the bars, but mine were in fine shape, so didn't need to use those. Very happy with this purchase, and I no longer feel the bolts below the pads (mine were pretty worn, should have replaced them months ago).
