Comfortable around the ear, with excellent sound quality. My problem stems from the spiraling of the cable that makes it too short to connect to a radio worn over a back pocket without forcibly pulling the cable straight, if you're wearing it with the cable threaded through/under your shirt.

I've had this product for about a month now and then all of a sudden the microphone stopped working I could still hear the audio I just could not respond to people

It was difficult to push in to the jack at first, but once it was correctly plugged in it worked well. I had to take a chance ordering this because Motorola won't tell you anything that's compatible with the Curve.... but it does work. So if you have to use a headset for work (like I do) and the one that motorola wants you to have to use doesn't fit your ear at all, this is a good alternative.

The soccer team I worked for used walkies that used this attachment, but only had ones that sit on top of your ear, and never stayed on. This is a much better option, and much more comfortable

I bought this for security work for concerts and events at our local arena. The new radios they bought for us did not have earpieces or remote mics, so this is perfect. The price is a lot less than I imagined it would be. Good value for the $$. It is a tiny bit uncomfortable for extended wear but I’ll get used to it I believe. I’d recommend this product.
