This was very well packed, with cushion and protection between each piece. There was nothing damaged on arrival.I did however, have a problem with the correct parts. I ended up with one washer missing, and more importantly, a pretty critical part not accounted for. It looked like the part that I was supposed to have two of ('F'), I actually only had 1 of and the part I was supposed to have one of ('E'), I had two of. This looked to be due to sticker labeling issues. I reached out to their customer support directly and was assisted by a very helpful gentlemen who confirmed my issue and sent out an adapter part that resolved this particular issue. Definitely a responsive customer support!Putting this together was fairly simple. The instructions were clear enough (as instruction manuals go). The parts were mostly well adjusted, except for one issue with the alignment of the table topper support connecting to the actual top. This required some strong arming to bend the arm into place so the screw hole would align properly. It was clear this wasn't a 'slight off'. The bracket was off, most likely due to some warping. Once bent into place, the rest of the unit went together with no further trouble.Once it got a LP tank and a battery for the ignition, it fired right up! This is a standing height table and is comfortable enough for three people to stand / sit around.The cover fits perfectly and provides not only protection, but also makes the piece look unassuming when not in use.

This is a very nice looking and ish well working pit, although they should really include the wind guard because as is you can not light it unless the wind is a 0 mph, which is almost never.-It came in very well packaged and in perfect shape.-Everything was accounted for.-The instructions were not terrible but they do need to be fixed. In a few steps they state to use specific bolts where there is no way those will fit (they are too short) and the other steps call for the bolts that are way too long for that part. Other than those mix ups it went together well.-Once together it is fairly light but also very sturdy.-The framework is well made and very solid.-The rattan is good quality and well made, we have a few pieces of rattan furniture to compare it to.-We did have a bit of trouble lighting it the first time or so mostly due to wind even less than 5 mph was too much. Once we had a day with no wind we eventually got it light once we found just the right timing to hold the igniter and knob. It's just trial and error, more complicated than it needs to be. I am not sure if they are going for safety or just trying to be complex, but it is not just a matter of switching it on and starting it like every other propane thing we have had.-As stated, unless you have 0 wind you will need a wind guard to get this to light. Once you get it started if the wind starts up you do NOT want to use it as a table unless you have a guard as the flame bends all around the table top.-As for heat it really doesn’t have that much effect at all unless the area is 75% enclosed (including top) or the wind is blowing the flame your direction. I mean if you were actually able to sit close to it as shown in the pictures it gives off some heat right there. Again though that is extremely impractical without a guard.-I was glad for the included cover to help it last that much longer especially because the sun can get brutal around here.Overall It is really nice and adds nicely to the ambience of the patio but it could definitely use some updates/help.

This is a great item for winter, a fire pit with glass beads that is cocktail table height, perfect for standing around with a glass of wine and a bit of warmth from the flames coming through the glass beads. The whole thing is a bit larger and heavier than I expected, so you definitely need some extra room on the patio or balcony for this
