Your cart is empty.The Clover Thimble is designed to protect your finger from accidental pokes with hand needles. Protect & Grip Large- This thimble has a rubber body and a metal tip. The rubber body has a scalloped design for air flow, keeping your finger cooler and the metal tip is dimpled and ridged to allow pressure when pushing the needle. Packaging has a hole/size guide. Inner diameter approximately 17mm(21/32 inch).

It fits my big arthritic middle finger. That is why I got it. Bad news is that thimbles are pretty small. I have lost it already. They should put a hole in the side so that I could put a thread through it and keep it around my neck, LOL.

It’s been years since I tried wearing a thimble. My fingers are large and and it was always uncomfortable to jam my finger tip into a thimble. The problem is solved with this thimble! It stays on well and the flexible sides make for a comfortable fit. I love it!

I love the fit and the color. When someone invents silicon that breathes, and it's used to make this same kind of thimble, I will be completely content.

I bought this because I was sewing a braided rug together. The thimble made my thumb sweat and I found myself sliding it off and holding it in my palm and the putting it back on. In the end, I tore the rug apart and made a knotted rug, because sewing was a nuisance- not the thimble's fault but it didn't help enough to make me want to keep sewing. Will use it for other hand sewing projects.

Purchase this al bit larger if you use your thimble on your middle finger. If not then order as usual. Wonderful for hand sewing all those quilt bindings!
