Great looking product, well built. I installed on 2005 Jeep Wrangler 4.0 with a/c, My stock pulley was cracked so I needed to replace it anyways. You will need a smaller belt. I bought and used a good year 87.5” belt instead of a stock 88.3” and it worked fine. If you need a replacement pulley I’d say well worth it but don’t buy it expecting 30% better steering at idle.

Definitely increased my low speed pressure on the steering box, but had to die grind the pulley to be able to reinstall the the pump after pessing the pulley. I may have ordered the wrong pulley for my 97 tj, either way grinding a notch wasn't hard. Definitely more pressure at idle so worth it.
