Nicely made. You do lose about 8 inches of bar space. I've only them for a couple days so we'll have to see how they are over time.

This pull down closet roof is a great idea for those free standing wardrobe closets that have a high upper cabinet. However, after receiving it and measuring different points, we are actually fine with a standard rod. For space savings, I may install this in the garage for storing winter/summer clothing between seasons. The mechanism feels sturdy, and appears well made.

I would still like to find a candle snuffer with a longer reach in it, so I could reach a bit easier to the center of my table, but this will do if I stand on my tiptoes. I love the looks of it.
