I really like this pull up bar, but use caution when tightening the bar inside the door frame. The torque exerted from twisting the bar into place will separate the joints of the frame. When tightening the bar, you will hear the wood creaking and popping. Do not over twist the bar.

The directions for this are terrible! The video of the product on Amazon helped a little, but I had to have someone help me figure it out. The preinstalled level is not accurate. Once installed in the doorway, it works great!

It is exactly as presented. I weighed about 190 and it holds me fine. No flex or cracking sounds like some. I feel safe when I use it. I'm not afraid it will give out and I hang on it for a minute straight for spinal decompression. Good product! Very sturdy. The material of the hand grasps kind of slip a bit but it's not terrible.
