Really easy to install, and the color options are very nice. Can't say much about the heat yet as it is too hot outside to turn it on. If you are going to install one, get better anchors than the ones it comes with, they are not good. This is replacing an old electric fire place that I put up, it is definitely more attractive.

This electric fire place is so ambiatic. I love the mood it sets and it provides great heat. Heat can be turned on or off while still enjoying the classic ambiance of the fire. Love it!

Surprisingly nice for the price point, ridiculously easy to install. My only complaint is their wall anchors are absolute garbage so do not even attempt to use them. Also, the mounting bracket needs more holes to hit studs, it's a design flaw.

Shipping was fast and the fireplace was well packaged! Easy installation, instructions very straightforward. I did add some extra screws to the mounting plate. Fireplace is quite heavy, works without flaw! It looks beautiful in my master bedroom and the heat output is wonderful. Quite operation even with the heat on. I will buy some white wire loom to hide the cord. There is room underneath the unit for the extra length of the cord. I absolutely love it and it looks awesome. Very well built unit and I am hopeful for years of trouble free operation.

Love this addition to the bedroom! So realistic and easy install. Overall excellent product and worth every penny….tbh I would have paid more and still Be just as happy!
