First shipment had one damaged chair base. Worked with company to replace damaged chair without sending the whole first shipment back. Chairs are comfortable and smart looking, easy to assemble.

We had some problems with our orders. The first was my/Amazon's fault. I needed bar height, but when I clicked a different style under the bar height listing, it was a counter-height stool. Purple Leaf accommodated the return. Then I ordered the correct height, but they didn't have enough in the Georgia warehouse, so they had one pair shipped from a farther warehouse. One of the seats had poorly threaded screw holes. I sent photos, and they worked with me to cover the cost of repairing the threads. They were willing to ship a replacement, but I didn't have time as the defective seat was in the last box to arrive. You find out more about a person or company when things go wrong, and Purple Leaf definitely worked to satisfy their customer.
