I recently purchased this set for push-up exercises, and I’m really impressed with the quality, especially considering the low cost. Bands are too long or lack resistance. I have to go above my head to start feeling any resistance. One of the main reasons I bought. Definitely disappointed

This product is exactly what I was looking for. It is good quality and everything fits in a drawstring bag, which makes it so easy to travel with and it’s light weight which all is a huge plus! don’t wait on this product

This was a massive waste of money. Aside from showing different hand positions for pushups it was worthless. The pushup bars were very uncomfortable. The ab roller didn’t roll, it just slid. The bands were too long. Very disappointing

I gave this to my teenage son and he loves it. I've done a few workouts on it and it works great for at-home workouts. I was pleasantly surprised at how many options and the variation it offers on seemingly just a board. It is sturdy and seemingly of good quality. The resistance bands are good and effective too. It folds up when you're finished to limit the space it takes up, which is awesome. Overall, a good buy and would definitely get myself one if I ever cancel my gym membership.
