This is a super heavy duty parallettes bar. Very sturdy and heavy. These are the type you find in the gyms, not those light weight kinds. Each one weighs around 25lbs (didn't weigh it exactly). It can take a heavy load. Something that is important, depending on the type of exercise you are doing with these. (i.e. head stands). It comes with rubber foot ends so it won't slip as you are working out.Assembly is super easy. 1 bolt with 2 washers and a nut per hole. The tool that comes with it suck...but not surprised. Best tool for this is a socket wrench. If you have it, use it as it will save you time with no effort. It will work with a basic wrench or monkey wrench too. It took me all but 10 min to put it together with the socket wrench. Make sure to use the allen wrench it comes with though. For some reason my basic allen wrench didn't fit the bolts.Overall, quite pleased with this buy and it was worth the price vs. other more expensive brands which are probably of the same caliber or less.Cheers

The first impression, they were much heavier than I expected. They're made of metal, so they both have noticeable weight to them. This is a good thing, considering how you'll want them to be stable. They are most certainly built to last, and I don't believe I'll find myself having to purchase new ones for a long time.I will say (and this is subjective from person to person) their weight may or may not get in the way. These are not parellettes you'll want to find yourself carrying everywhere. Once the legs are connected, you can't just undo them and put them back together like it's nothing. the tools, it comes with are very much the bare minimum of quality so we found ourselves having to use real tools from our shop to put it together. The screws, nuts, and washers it came with are very cheap quality! However, once they're on, it does hold everything together perfectly. The only reason I say they are of low quality is that, by our mistake, one of the legs were put on the wrong way, and when we tried to undo it to flip the leg over to its correct orientation, the screw stripped. This left us having to leave one of the legs put on upside down. This is fine because this made the difference in height very marginal by maybe 1/16 of an inch. You can't even tell a difference. So just a heads ups: of course, make sure the legs are put on correctly before you put them on.The screws, nuts, and washers are in a plastic bag, taped against a lower of cardboard within the box. I point this out because it can be easy to misplace them. All in all, the parallettes themselves are a 10/10.

The bottom line is that this is the best set of paralettes you'll find in this price range. The most comparable set of paralettes to Titan Fitness's in terms of sturdiness, heft, and quality, are Rogue Fitness's paralette sets, which are $125 excluding shipping and tax (a little over $150 including). Titan's paralettes are basically half the price as Rogue's, and for very, very similar quality in terms of the actual product — they have almost identical dimensions and also weigh practically the same (important to note that they're both around 32-34 lbs, whereas most of the other paralettes I was comparing them with were much lighter, and so ostensibly less sturdy and supportive, or otherwise made of less premium materials). Here's where the caveats enter into the picture, though: I had a pretty painful time assembling Titan Fitness's paralettes, which don't ship with any instruction, and refer you to a defunct website for their online instructional manual. So I had to go on with customer support to retrieve the manual for building these paralettes. Next, the manual didn't really provide any instructions at all — it was just a picture of the assembled item, which led to confusion because the nuts provided are special nylock nuts that need to be screwed with a fairly decent wrench. The wrench provided by Titan performed pretty poorly, which, combined with the lack of instructions, led me to believe I'd been shipped faulty parts. It was only when I get a decent wrench to properly secure the nuts, and combined that with an allen wrench to secure the bolts, that I was able to assemble this product. In the meantime, I made several phone call and instant chat attempts with Titan customer support, which weren't entirely helpful (I was told to wait for an email from their product specialist team). So, long story short, this is a premium product at a discount price. But you might encounter some difficulty on the way to putting this item together. It was pretty frustrating for a few hours, but I don't regret my purchase one bit, as, at the end of the day, I paid half the price for virtually the same product that Rogue seems to be selling.
