I already had a push up board before this, a normal one.This one is slightly better.The counter is really useful. When you're pushing yourself, you don't have to think about the numbers at all. You can read it out at the end.It also has ALL the possible positions you could want.The grips are good, but could be tighter. You can not ever life it from one of the handles because they fall out. Other boards have tighter grips, which is useful, ah well.The one thing that could be better, is that the counter counts at every down motion. Which, you might not finish the last one of. A count at the top motion would be better, but it does make sense that that would be much harder to implement. So that's fine.You can also take out the counter (see picture) which is nice if you want to count other reps, or pushups without the board. Nice. I won't need that though so I might glue it in at some point.

Ich habe dieses Produkt durch das Amazon Vine Test-Programm kostenfrei erhalten. Es folgt meine objektive Rezension:Für aktuell ca. 24 € bekommt man hier ein anständiges Brett, auf dem man verschiedenste Arten von Liegestützen machen kann.Zuvor habe ich zwei separate Stützen/Handgriffe benutzt um meine Liegestützen zu machen. Dieses Board hat mich echt überrascht. Es macht wirklich viel mehr Spaß. Allein die stabilere, fixierte Lage der Handgriffe macht schon einen Unterschied.Das Brett an sich ist anständig verarbeitet, nur der Teil in der Mitte wirkt aufgrund der an den Rändern ein wenig abblätternden Beschriftung und Sticker etwas billig. Die "Zählmachine" wirkt jetzt auch nicht krass hochwertig. Funktionieren tut sie dafür sehr gut. Ist ein cooles Extra.Was ich gut finde ist, dass man das Board zusammenklappen und so leicht in irgendeine Ecke legen kann.Auch die Farbgestaltung scheint nach kurzer Analyse gut durchdacht zu sein. Manche Kombinationen bereiten mir noch etwas Kopfzerbrechen, aber das wird schon. Das, was ich jetzt schon damit machen kann, reicht eigtl. auch. Es gibt auch eine Anleitung, die nochmal zeigt, welche Muskeln mit welchen Farben und Übungen trainiert werden können. Fand ich sehr gut und informativ.Das Board rutscht auch nicht auf dem Boden herum, so wie angegeben. Find ich gut.Richtig gut finde ich, dass noch ein paar kurze Bänder in verschiedenen Stärken beigelegt waren. Wusste gar nicht, dass das im Set mit drin ist. Auch für die Bänder gibt es eine Anleitung, die sehr klein aber gut ist.Absolute Emfpehlung, macht man nichts falsch mit. Gute Erweiterung für's Home-Gym.

I initially got this for myself to add some variety to my pushups. I love that the different positions are clearly labeled and you know exactly what part of your arms, back, and chest you will be working out. The counter is a nice addition but I don't use it much.I have been using the board and altering between different positions between sets to mix it up. I can work on my arms, then quickly switch over to my chest or back without losing my stride. It was nice that it came with resistance bands and wrist guards.The only problem I have had is my teenage son saw me using it and has now started using it as well. I might have to get another one so that I don't have to constantly ask him for it. We love it, and it has made our pushups more effective. Easy recommendation.

Man hat viele verschiedene Stellungen für die Griffe im Vergleich zu anderen Produkten. Das Brett wirkt Stabil und rutscht nicht auf dem Boden Rum. Die Zählfunktion funktioniert ebenfalls einwandfrei. Das mitgelieferte Zusatzmaterial (Gummibänder) habe ich bisher noch nicht im Einsatz gehabt diese wirken jedoch auch sehr Hochwertig. Wer Zuhause ohne großartige Geräte trainieren möchte sollte sich auf jeden Fall das Liegestützbrett besorgen.
