First, the shelf is made of plastic (which is mentioned in the description) and is less solid than I thought. But the main concern is that the shelf is not easy to fold, while the rest of the stand is. The shelf stays screwed to the adjustable part of the stand (unless you have time to unscrew the attachment). In a road case, in a truck, backstage, the shelf is vulnerable.

I was so glad to receive this item and to see how durable the stands are...I would have given a 4 or even 5 star if I got the new product I ordered.The box I received seemed opened, like a refurbished products with scratches and no document, guide included on how to install it.To the seller : Please may I get the new product I paid for please?

These are handy items. I use one as a sit-down-standup desk. My partner uses one for holding art utensils while she's painting. The top is thin and a little flexible, but I have a large cutting board that fits perfectly and makes it a nice desktop.

This package includes two Pyle brand stands, and found that they are much sturdier, and cost about the same as two of the cheaper, weaker stands. Actually, they ship a pair (two stands in a box) for slightly less than the price of two of these. They're much heavier steel, and better quality overall, and are a safer place to put your equipment on.Customer service can be very difficult to obtain. I had a bracket with a badly tapped screw hole. Made several calls and emails, but wasn't able to obtain a replacement in a reasonable time, still had no par even after a month. So I had Amazon replace the stand. Never did get a replacement part.

These are great! I have one setup for a home studio and another one for laptop mobile desk. Very sturdy. I did have to use grip shelf liner to keep items from sliding off when tilted.

Esperaba que la charola o base fuera de mejor calidad, el tripié es de metal mientras que la base superior de plástico algo blando.Quizás se lo recomendaría a equipos que van empezando siempre y cuando tengan presentes que la calidad es medianamente buena.

We're both college professors working largely at home due to COVID-19 - these are terrific standing desks. Roomy enough for our laptops and glasses of water, our phones and anything else we need. Terrrific!

Love the sturdy base. The one thing I wish I knew before ordering was what the flat base was made of. I was looking for a stand with a thicker metal plate, this one is thin and plastic. However, it holds ANY evenly weighted item well - I will definitely be keeping these and am happy with the investment.

I love love this product. I am using it for my laptop. I love that I can use it while standing or sitting, because of it's different adjustable levels. I love that I can use it along with my desktop because it's just the right size so it doesn't overcrowd my main computer desk. When I want to look at a PowerPoint or anything fun on my living room tv using my laptop, I bring pull it up next to my tv that's mounted on the wall and plug in. Effortlessly. I love it! The second one my son is using for his own laptop in his room. - I also love that it's portable for travel.

Solid, light weight, and easy to move around. The tray holds my 17” Alienware gaming rig nicely. The only problem with this product doesn’t it come with any slip resistance. If I tilt the stand at all for better viewing or keyboard comfort it slides off. My smaller notebooks can catch a grip laying against the side lifts to stay on but a little sake and they’ll fall as well. The lifts are more towards a tablet sized device then an actual laptop. Especially when you add any resistance material you will be above the lifts entirely.
