For reference I am 7 months PP and 5’5, weight 178 and have a little pooch area so I was worried a large wouldn’t fit me and that I would need an extra large. But the large fits perfect with room to go tighter! I probably could have gotten away with a medium but I’m glad I’m giving myself time to size down!It’s “stretchy” material so you can pull it over your belly!

Size wise is nice but the middle strap rolls up makes it very uncomfortable if you’re sitting but good if you are wearing it to stand up and walk around but sitting for any long periods with it is a very uncomfortable

First wear. As you can see the second wrap hook and eye closure has pulled away from its sewing/lining. I was able to tuck it back into its slot but I don’t know how long it will last. It hasn’t rolled down on me. I can probably go to the next level on all wraps but today is the first day so we will see how it goes. Does make me feel nice and supported. I bought the 2XL I am 5’6” and weigh 237lbs.

I am on my Journey of weight loss and decided to purchase this waist trainer. I love the fit and i began on the first set of hooks. I am currently on the second row of hooks. I feel it ids a great buy and has worked wonders for me. The price is great the fabric is good and the bones is not uncomfortable. I love it!
