Recieved some Chinese knock off. Not battery powered but have to plug in as well ? I saw this same one i received for 40$ i opted for the nice one for 200 and got the 40$ one any way. Crap sellers. Dont buy

I ordered the QuadraFire Smart Batt II Remote Control Thermostat, OEM, 841-0970 from Amazon and we received a generic remote. It doesn't have the Quadra Fire name on the front and the receiver looks different from the picture on Amazon. I reached out and tried to understand why I received a generic remote/receiver, but I got no response. I decided to return the item.
