Definitely worth the money. Is sturdy. Installed in minutes. Put it on the Back bumper of my fifth wheel. Puts the spare high enough off the ground you don't have to worry about it dragging on anything. Got a locking cable to put thru it and around the bumper. Put tire cover to hide it. Looks good.

My new camper did not come with a spare tire or mount, so I purchased this set up. This was similar to the one I had on my previous camper and worked well. I followed the instructions to mount it up nicely. The mount felt solid when completed.

It would have been 5 stars but the nuts and bolts where missing. I did buy a used one so I'm guessing that is why it did not come with them. Other then that it is completely like the original that I had rusted out pretty bad. Fits perfect on the bumper of the fifth wheel. I also like that it can pivot and move down because my city water access to my fifth wheel is right behind the spare tire. Works out well.

Purchased this mount for our Coleman 17B .This mount fits perfect on the rear bumper . Negative thing it’s wobbling side to side a lot . I just added some washers on the lower screw and it gives lots of stability to the mount! Great mount for the money.

I wanted to add a second spare tire to my Winnebago travel trailer. I did some research and this particular mount had the best reviews so I went ahead and bought it.It appears that the main difference between this spare tire mount and the one that was already installed on my travel trailer bumper is that this one has the arm that can easily be raised and lowered by removing a pin. Unsure how useful that feature is yet.The instructions were clear and easy to read. All the parts were included. It mounted up right on my bumper and looks good. It feels sturdy.I will have to do a follow up review after a couple trips with this set up but so far I highly recommend this product.Pictured are before and after photos.

First off, the U bolts were threaded too short so it only fits on a 4x4 square bumper tube. I mounted it on the tongue of my trailer, which was a piece of boxed 2x4 tube. I had to extend the threads on the U bolts by cutting it with a die.Second, the U-bolts ended up being too long and would hit the spare tire. I had to cut off the Ubolts shorter to clear the spare tireThree, the lowing bracket does close tight in the up position. It has quite a bit of movement and rattles a lot. I’m not sure how this will effect the durability and longevity of the bracket.Overall, it’s an inexpensive solution to mount the spare tire on the trailer. Purchasing the metal to weld a spare tire bracket will probably cost more.Would buy again as it’s inexpensive and easy solution for spare tire mount.

Does what it is suppose to do. Cheap thin metal but works. Am caution and do check it before every outing. Was missing all the washers tho. But not a big deal as I had lots in the shop.
