I installed these in my truck bed side E-Track to mount spare tire for Travel trailer. I felt wing nuts will not hold tight enough so I attempted using 1/2” lug nuts which do not thread on. Therefor even though they are 1/2” they must be metric. Specification section needs to state thread type

So when I installed e-track on both sides of my enclosed trailer I lost the factory spare tire mount. Fast forward and I came across this mounting solution and it works great! Now not only can I mount my spare tire with e-track installed, I can move it around as necessary to facilitate securing whatever cargo I’m hauling around. Love these mounts!

These are painted black for a reason, the overall build quality is junk. Welds are also an absolute mess.

Great deal, I used 2 on the same spare tire off the ground, theses ones were less than the other priced ones.. so search well so you get the best bang of your buck

They are not holding tight. You have to mount them in a specific orientation or they will snap off. I'm not really happy about my choice on these. I missed the window to return them and threw the packaging so...

Yes another great accessory to enhance your E Track system. If you don’t have the track I discovered you can get short pieces on Amazon for a reasonable that will allow you to mount these spare tire holders in any odd space in your garage or basement. Very sturdy, these will hold an even heavy tire and rim securely.
