I like that it is 3 pieces, so the length is adjustable and easier to take with me if I travel.I also put it across the backs of 2 chairs so I can do dips in front. It can tricky to keep the chairs from moving.I ended up getting a pull-up and dip rack and I can use that to do front dips and I can also use it to do front push downs with the bungee hung over the pull-up bars.

I used the bar once with my resistance bands. The bar went together very easy and seems very strong. It has a comfortable coating. I like the ability to shorten the bar, I believe it will provide good versatility.It does not come with caribeaners, so make sure to pick a couple up after you order.

Works great. I have resistance bands and can connect either one or all of them. Definitely a great way to workout when you can’t get to the gym. I highly recommend it! My clients that I train love it as well

Purchased for me resistance bands. Three piece means you can either screw two together for a shorter bicep curl bar or longer with 3 for rows and squats etc. heavy duty bars that come in a small travel pouch. I bring these on trips as I am in aviation. Portable gym

My gym has a bar like this for use, but I can never find it to use. I like that it breaks down and easily fits in my drawstring backpack. It's sturdy and the eyes swivel smoothly. I would recommend purchasing this for exercise.

Sie lässt sich leicht handhaben und ich kann sie problemlos für mein gesamtes Workout nutzen. Egal, ob ich meine Beine dehnen oder Kraftübungen machen möchte, die Länge ist einfach ideal!Belastbarkeit:Die Bar ist extrem robust und hält auch starker Belastung stand. Ich fühle mich sicher, wenn ich meine Übungen mache, und das gibt mir das Vertrauen, das ich brauche, um an meine Grenzen zu gehen.
