This is the perfect size, shape and weight to use as a squat bar. Makes my squats more stable and productive!The women in my family tend to develop osteoperosis and shrink in their later years. I was looking for a 30 lb bar that could be portable for outdoor use as well. This fits the bill, and gives some simple exercises a little tension. It is helping with my joints, and building some strength overall.

Well made with comfortable grip and sturdy end caps. I like this bar for stretching, warm ups and cool downs. The end caps are more of a square shape to prevent the bar from rolling when laid down or leaned up against the wall, which is a nice feature.
