I ruined several connections of PVC before I realized the threads were non-standard. I tried several different brands on the PvC and they all worked. This one did not.

Well-built - needs long'ish Float Ball / Stem with 1/4-20 Thread to perform closure at normal pressures.

no this is bulkhead mounted meaning it screws into a bulkhead dude... this is not a bulkhead itself...... dont give something a bad rating just because you dont know how to use something... SMH this is a top-notch high quality piece that does what its suppose too that is it screws into the threads on a bulkhead.........

It shows this is tank mountable with a locking nut. It's pipe mounted so the vessel will leak if fluid height goes above the valve!!
