Novel idea, just makes the radio snag on things, chair arm, cables and equipment. Probably works well for someone not doing physical work and climbing over equipment.

Cool design, thought it would free up a little space and save weight on the duty belt, but the belt is to thick and the "T" to lock it together isn't big enough to actually hold it closed. Nice design if you just gonna wear a radio on a normal belt.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this works. I just used the standard belt clip that came with the radio for years. Using this item secures the radio on your belt but at the same time you can easily remove it. So many times I had to fumble with the radio because it did not want to release from the belt. I also sometimes hit the PTT button in the process. This make is easy to put on and off.

Good quality but my belts were too thick Needs to be wider for thicker tactical belts.
