As the spring is around the corner, this garden rake has been a great saver for me to clean up the yard. The metal head covers a wide area and strong enough to pull the grass or debris easily from the yard.The installation is straight forward as there are multiple adjustable rods provided that can be adjusted to your height or needs. This is one of the greatest features compared to others as this rake can be used by anyone by adjusting the height.The handle is also detachable for easy storage and carrying anywhere. It also did a great job for leveling soil and clearing flower bed areas. Overall, a high quality well built rake and perfect for home purpose gardens, lawns and yards. Worth the investment!

This rake comes in six easy-to-assemble pieces which allow it to be stored pretty in places where you can't hang it. It also makes it longer and that's much easier on my back. The lightweight tubes have stamped threads that go into plastic caps. It seems to hold much better than other types of screw-in handles I have on brooms and such. The finish is a texture paint over metal. Hard to say if it will or won't hold up if left outside. I probably wouldn't.It's hard to get by with just one type of rake -- you need a big one for serious leaf removal and smaller ones to get around fences, under bushes, etc. I like this one for aggressive raking around shrubs. Because of the tine spacing, leaves do get stuck quickly but just run it under your boots and they come out. The tines on this rack are fairly stiff and spaced close together. This allows for a deeper scratching into the ground than more pliable rakes. In many cases this is a positive if you're looking dig into the soil and loosen up the ground underneath.Overall a good product and a different approach to assembly than your typical rake.

Truly liking the adjustability of this rake, sometimes you’re in a tight spot where a child’s garden rake is what you need. It is not telescoping, sections are unscrewed and set aside. First segment is 2’, second segment 3’, third segment 4’, full length 6’, measurements are approximate. It could be disassembled and stored in a tote if desired. Price is right! Recommend!

This Leaf Rake is perfect for my needs and arrived just in time for some serious yard work as the snow begins to give way to some warmer weather. It comes with very clear diagram directions in regard to assembly printed on the back of the shipping box with step-by-step advice for putting it together for just the right height. The various heights range from shortest 36", 49", 60" to the tallest 73". For now, the 60" height is just right for me, so I simply left one of the middle rods out. Installation is fairly easy, and all the parts snapped and screwed into place without a problem. I would say its light to medium weight and the 25 metal tines (18.5" wide) does a good job gathering up all the leaves, twigs, brush, etc. left in the yard and garden and should do equally as well with lawn clippings later in the year.

Great rake that easy get many leaves in a single swipe. The quality is also fantastic. The only issue I’ve had so far is that the parts untwist pretty easily.

I had my doubts about buying a metal leaf rake using mail order. I usually think tools are items a person should handle before they buy. But I am disliking the home improvement box stores more and more, so I figured I would try mailorder. I put this leaf rake together and it all works great. The metal leaf raking part is super strong and as wide as I would expect a leaf rake to be. The handle comes in various metal sections. I did not use one of the sections to keep it a good length for my height. I took it outside, used it and found it is super strong. I am glad I took the chance of buying a yard tool mail order!
