I put them on to get better handling while towing my 24 footer Trophy twin engine with my 1500 dollars Ford Expedition set it on number7 and I have to tell you the ride without the trailer behind is great the car handles better than a 2019 Cadillac SUV black edition according o it's owner. One of the shocks I replaced was dead so I needed a change anyways. I also changed the drum brakes to disk brakes so it is all better though the load is a bit heavy it handles great no lossof handling at all and the hook up is pretty expensive so brakes are smooth cannot even feel the 5klbs behind me.

Buena calidad, no me llego la opción de bujes completos, tuve que modificar para que quedara la medida, y en uno tampoco traía la calcomanía ni el cubre polvo se tuvo que pedir aparte

With very few products nowadays that really hold reputation and quality of what they produce, Rancho is one of those companies. I will be a longtime customer.

Rancho Shock Absorbers use to be of very good quality however, over the past 5 to 6 years I noticed a decline in their quality. Case an point is this is the third time that the welds are not connected to the upper eyelet bolt area. It's a good thing that I can weld. This is going to require me to TIG weld the failed weld at the upper eyelet from the factory. This is poor quality coming from Rancho!

So far no problems with these bad boys. I've towed some very heavy trailers and hauled wood without any problem . Seems like they are a quality product and t love the ability to adjust them as needed. Honestly I cranked them up to About 8-9 and just left it there. Firm ride when not loaded slightly bouncing without but I like a firm ride that doesn't lean in the corners so much.

I have used this brand shock on my last Ford Bronco(1986) and they were great. They were still on the truck when I sold it in 1996 and bought the '96 Bronco which I put these shocks on. These are adjustable as well. For around town and highway use I keep them set on 2 and I have a smooth ride and good handling. When towing my boat I can crank up the setting on the rear shocks and this beefs up the rear end just enough. I don't do much off roading any more, but they were great for that on the old '86 Bronco, especially during hunting season, and trips down to the river fishing. They have a superior product and it last and last and last. This set will probably out last the new Bronco.
