I am puzzled by this product. It was advertised as new and that is what I expected. However, when the product arrived you could tell the box had been opened--it looked really thrashed and the box was covered with tape to keep it closed. The shocks also looked like someone had tampered with them, although I didn't see that anything was truly damaged as far as I can tell. I would like to know if this was a new product or why the box was beat up and why some of the original packaging on the shocks that should have been on there were from the factory was missing. Thank you.

Love the way these shocks smooth out the bumps in the road. No more harsh bone jarring response like the shocks these replaced. Nice that they are adjustable if you are carrying a load or have a trailer on the back.

I have a 2010 JKU Wrangler that just hit 50k miles. I just put these on a few days ago and clicked them to 7 and words can't describe how nice they ride!! I no longer feel like a bobble head and it was a very easy installation. These things seem really heavy duty compared to the crap stock stuff I took off! They also look good. I tried a few different settings and have to say from now on I wouldn't buy anything else. Well worth the price for the awesome ride you get. I totally would suggest to anyone to buy these over anything else!
