I ordered this specifically for the ravioli stamps. They looked similar to the one I had used in Italy. Unfortunately the square and circle are both so small. You can hardly get a 3/4 tsp of filling into a ravioli. Whereas in Itali we just used a large stamp and was able to fold it in half which was so much easier. In addition to the size being a disappointment, the stamp is not very strong. The metal gives a bit with force and its not a sharp edge at all so you have to press down hard.

So I used this and made best looking and made ravioli than ever I only wish there were clips or a base to sit the maker into or on as when you roll the top over the cutters it moves but still makes great ravioli would be a five star if more stable

Got this for my mom to make me some of her circular dough recipes without it taking forever or coming out uneven. The food was great and it was easy to figure out how to use. It wasn't troublesome and it actually did save time. That said, the actual cutter mold ran a bit small, so that's important to consider if you need something bigger. It's not the most versatile, but it's overall nifty for small bites or pasta.

I made ravioli using the tray, what a game changer! I had the dough a bit too thin (#6 on my Kitchenaid pasta roller). It was simple to fill the tray and use the little roller to seal and cut the shapes. The other tools also worked well. This is a good value for the money.

Made homemade raviolis for the first time the machine is wonderful didn’t stick not perfectly even definitely recommend it .
