Great, easy way to make spaetzle! I made chicken paprikash - something my Slovak dad made a lot growing up and this made making the spaetzle super easy.

This is a must have for the household what likes home made Spätzle. The platform is long enough to fit over the pot of boiling water. You just pour the dough into the square and slide it back and forth. Super easy super fast. The ladle comes in handy as well whenever the Spätzle are done. Clean up was super easy too.
