The zipper to the main compartment broke after a couple of years of a decent amount of use. They won’t repair anything after a year even if you’re willing to pay for the repair. Customer service told me to find a cobbler. Other then that the backpack is good looking, the non laptop pocket inside takes away some space and no place to put pens. Overall I like it except for the zippers.

This is an excellent product. The leather, the terminations (internal & external), general appearance and quality of this product have been highly satisfactory. I have own this product for over two years and in all fairness I have had no regrets. I would recommend this backpack without any hesitation.

Great internal space for lots of stuff. Downside: no POCKETS so you’ll want to get an insert for pens and other small items.

So upset! I have only had this bag for about 90Days and it’s already ripping!! I would love to exchange for another.. if possible? I only use this bag to go to the office and back home and loved it until it started to rip!

Great product. Love the room inside and the quality of the leather on the outside. If you are looking for a more upscale computer backpack, I recommend this one. I am not a very fussy person, but when you pay this amount of money for a product you expect a certain amount of quality... and this product delivers!! Very nice bag Rawlings..

This is a cool bag! Beautiful leather. Cool pinstripe liner -- homage to throwback baseball uniforms. Very functional -- plenty of pockets of different sizes, hefty zipper pulls. Good heavy duty zippers. I expect this bag will last a long time. It's a little bigger than I expected -- a littler bigger than a typical full size backpack. But I'm not complaining at all about the extra space. The description said it had credit card slots (handy for business cards, frequent flyer card, hotel rewards cards, etc), but it doesn't. The other thing missing is slots for pens. I thought both of those were essential for a laptop bag, but really not a big deal and not taking away from how much I love this bag.

Gorgeous leather bag - and that great leather smell!! Only had it on a few trips so far, but the build quality appears to be high. Lot's of room, and pretty comfortable to carry. Overall, a great travel backpack.

This is truly a piece of rugged work from one of the top leather makers of our time. I searched high and low for a nice backpack that would look good in the business setting but also be functional enough to carry around my normal load. I wasn't interested in the Tumi's, Briggs, or other recognizable business brands because to me they are stale. This is quality and character at it's finest.Additionally, while very expensive, when a wide eyed enquirer asks you about the bag and you say it is a Rawlings they immediately remove the pretentious face and realize they've probably owned a glove or two from the same leather maker. And people definitely ask. All in all a win because it's functional, aesthetically pleasing and rare.

This is a wonderful, high-quality backpack--I hesitated because of the price but I shouldn't have because it's well worth the cost. The zippers are durable, zip easily, and are made of metal (I've noticed some leather backpacks substituting plastic zippers--that's not the case with this Rawling's backpack!). It's spacious and well-made with unexpected attention to detail; the back of the backpack has an unnoticeable leather strap that can hold the backpack to a suitcase/trolley for easy transport while travelling and the straps are not only adjustable but also have padding in them for comfort. Since I bought this backpack to act as a carry on for international travel, these are great features!The interior has a striped lining that makes it easy to see what you have inside (it's grey-and-red) as well as a padded compartment for small laptops/tablets. For reference, the padded compartment can't fit my 17" MSI laptop but the backpack itself *can* in the main compartment if I wanted to bring my laptop. All of the pockets and compartments on this backpack are large enough for real usability; nothing is wasted space/unusable.The leather is absolutely beautiful! I bought the Cognac and it has a wonderful mottled tone to the leather and it smells the way all good leather does. It's supple and soft without compromising thickness and durability--I can easily see this backpack lasting years on end!I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Rawlings.
