I needed to replace my pool heater this season (after 22 years) it was very hard to find anything good at a reasonable price in stock locally. I purchased this 336 BTW heater on Amazon for less than my local pool shop wanted one for a 200 BTW heater - this thing is a beast , does a quick job of heating my 25000 gal pool

We all know the lack of chlorine this year was an issue. My water never was murky we had multiple people using our pool there were no skin issues no burning eyes no issues whatsoever with anyone feeling that the pH could have been off neutral. Yet this heater’s Quality failed us within one year of being used. We replaced a heater that we used for 19 years. And yes it’s heater core failed. But I think that’s reasonable. The quality engineering on this product is substandard. I am highly skeptical if they will stand behind the materials they use and replace the part for me I will update this if they have a quality department that will stand behind Their manufacturing and engineering.
