Durable Metal Construction for Long-Lasting Use
The Rayson TD-130 wire binding machine is made of durable metal construction, which is a traditional and perfect machine for punching or binding documents, reports or presentations.
It can punch up to 12 sheets (20lb/80g paper) at the time and binds up to 120 sheets with a 3:1 pitch double loop wire or spiral binding coil, which means there are three holes per inch of your book's spine. Max. binding ring size: 9/16" wire-o ring or non-limited spiral binding coil. The edge distance can be adjusted to 2.5mm, 3.5mm, and 4.5mm.

Note: Rayson's binding machine comes with oiled cutting blade for protecting the punch die away from rusting. To avoid staining on the important document, please use oiled removing paper(enclosed ) to punch first in order to clean up the blades.

The Side Margin Adjustment (Paper stopper).
- Align papers to left of your page using the side margin adjustment.

Side and Depth Margin Adjustments.
- The TD-130 has side and depth margin adjustments.
- Control the distance of the holes from the bound edge of your page using the lever on the back of the machine to accommodate or thicker books.
Binding with coil binding ring.

Reason of Punching Not Completely
Why some of the holes could not cut through？ Here is one of a solution~!
- Set the dial to punching position while punching, ( The dial on the side of the machine, this is very important for punching all of the holes clearly through. )
- When ready to bind, match your wire spine's diameter size to the appropriate measurement on the dial on the side of the machine.

You pay for what you get but this is quite good. Do not put too many pieces of paper in the puncher. It is loud. It is clunky. It is cheap thpugj and does the job! I would totally recommend

We bought this binder in Feb 2023 and it stopped punching correcting at the end of March 2023, just after the return window closed. I went back and forth via email with customer service to fix the problem and their suggestions were unsuccessful. They stopped emailing me except for one email that said that my email was blocking their responses. In desperation, I tried to fix it myself and now it's just a box of junk.

I've had this for over two years now. It's really holding up great. I have an Ecotank printer that's so cheap to use, I've been printing and spiral binding all kinds of books. It's so incredibly convenient when you can spiral bind at home for next to nothing instead of paying an outrageous sum to an office supply store for the same thing.

Overall this binder does what I need it to do. It's a good product for the price. I said I did not get any wire bindings and they got right back to me. Good customer service! My only gripe is the instructions are very small and hard to read. I recommend watching the video. (also, the handle is underneath the machine when unpacking).

This is a great entry-level binding machine! I wanted to create more professional-looking directories than the usual cheap plastic comb binding, so I searched for a spiral or double-loop wire binding option. This machine does both but is best for the wire loop binding - which I decided on because spiral binding requires a special crimper tool that costs $10-15 extra. It came with twenty 7.9mm binding wires, ten plastic 8mm (inner dia.) spiral coils, and a complete extra set of padded feet & screws.The blue cover is moderately thick plastic, which seems kinda cheap but it works just fine. I used 28# paper, 10 mil clear plastic, and 16 mil PVC covers. It can punch holes easily through 2 plastic covers or 6 sheets of 28# paper at a time (or 10 pages of common 20# paper). There are 3 settings for distance from the spine edge, which need to be set correctly to avoid the paper edges binding up with the book open 180 degrees or more. The side dial sets the wire loop crimping based on the width of the wire binding. It effectively maintains the adjustment settings without slippage.The instructions are not great, but once you figure it out, it's a smooth, easy process to make professional wire-bound books. If you're not sure of the wire binding diameter or can't calculate the conversion between metric and imperial measurements, there are easy to read size references on the top.I am completely satisfied with my purchase, and would definitely recommend it to anyone that needs to make 200 or fewer professional wire-bound books at a time.
