My Grandson loves all things fossil. He was so excited for this birthday present! Ours looked just like the picture.

Absolute waste of money. Thin shale like tooth barely there, set on surface of crumbling sand like mound. My little boy, who is typically more than easily impressed was very underwhelmed. Don’t buy this one!!!

Can’t tell for sure if the tooth is in original rock or a small clump of mortar. Either way it’s easy to keep track of, and worth the money.
