Love the clip and light, but we bought these for a cruise, and they didn't have the ability to cover the distance on the ship.

Bought them for a Cruise Trip. We loved them. Everyone didn't purchase the expensive internet package the ship offers, so this was an excellent way to communicate. They were small, lightweight, & had good reception! We also liked how you can clip them on your clothes. We carried them on the Island Excursions for safety purposes in case our cell phones got lost or damaged we could still communicate.

Arrived as described, as pictured, safe and sound. The radios work quite well, actually I’ve been quite impressed with them having used a number of other PMR radios over the years, these have out performed all them all when it comes to use in built up areas.Build quality wise they’re perfectly fine though they’re not waterproof or even water resistant, this is something to be aware of if you latch these to your backpack and forget about them. They’re made entirely from plastic, the battery is removable and looks suspiciously like a Nokia phone battery which should make sourcing a replacement relatively easy should the need to change it arise. My only criticism when it comes to build quality would the built in clip that makes up the antenna, its borderline flimsy in my opinion but it works well enough, these aren’t ruggedised by any means.Function wise you get an auto scan FM radio which works very well, an LED torch as well as PMR radio functions like you would expect. These charge via USB C. I’ve tested these, mostly in built up areas and have been quite impressed with them. In a heavily built up urban area I was able to have a clear conversation at a distance of just under 700m as the crow flies and that included an elevation change. They work very well and I suspect they’d be quite impressive when it came to line of sight use. Battery life appears to be decent, I’ve used them on and off for couple of weeks and have yet to charge them.Highly recommended.

These walkie-talkies are great for any budding adventurer. I say this as looking at the packing and the item it seems to be targeted at a younger audience.However, the product itself seems to be of good quality. I got a pink and blue one in the set, both are connected straight out of the box as well, so there was no faff!The devices themselves are small and lightweight. They have around a mile of range, when testing this it was actually probably a little bit less in all honesty, especially in a built-up area. We did see more range in the Countryside though, which is to be expected in a big open space really.The screens on the devices are a little small, though I would note that everything is easily seen and easy to understand. There is also a torch which is handy depending on when or where you are going, and could be a lifesaver in an emergency or if you get lost (especially at night).The batteries are rechargeable and very easy to swap in and out. There is also a battery indicator on the devices - so in a pinch, you could swap out the batteries and stay connected for longer!The instructions within the box seem a little complicated but the actual devices seem pretty straightforward to use (we have not had any problems at least), and have many of the standard features you'd expect from any set of walkie-talkies.The description brands these as 'For Adults', they're fine for adults to use of course, but definitely more suitable for kids in my opinion!Overall, they are handy little things to have and we have enjoyed using them!4/5 - Great Product!

These walkie-talkies work really well. The battery life is very long and the range of signal is excellent. My kids take one to go play in the neighborhood and even inside friends’ houses, I can reach them. These were well worth the money!

Great for my daughter upstairs when she wants to ask for water in bed or needs me, does get static interference here n there. But we love these! Great light feature and alarm setting if she goes out to play in yard

The units feel solid and well built, with a weighty plastic and rubber construction that suggests durability. Audio quality is decent, with minimal cracking and static even at max range. Speaking range is about 3 miles over moderate terrain, fine for keeping a group in touch but not impressive for a dedicated adventure radio. Battery life is pretty good, easily getting 6 - 8 hours of heavy use. Some nice extras like an SOS alarm and flashlight are a thoughtful touch. Vox mode works well. All in all, these are a good basic walkie talkie for casual use.

These are awesome for kids. It has a flashlight and radio. Noaa radio as well. It is very clear and easy to use. Works great and functions very well. Love the walkie talkies. I highly recommend it
