The first one I got was delivered on September 3 the second one I received on September 5 in both cases after two or three pools on the rope the handle fell off of both of them then both of them lost the dog and failed to be of any use anymore . the first one where the rope passed through the hole in the housing it was very rough and the rope was cut by the housing after a few pulls Everything about this equipment is very low quality.. The first one I threw away the second One I will be returningVery low quality

Inside of the rope hole is sharp and frays the rope when pulling. 2 for 2 so far.Please send me another one!
