For starters, these were packaged very well, banded together and expanded foam in the box kept them safe. From the best I can tell, they were actually made in the USA, so thats a bonus.As others stated, no template in the box, and you do have to drill holes for mounting. No big deal, trace the window on the box it came in, and instant template. Then the mounting holes drill easily as the frame is aluminum, and they provide screws.Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

This is the third one I have installed and went pretty smooth. One thing to remember is that the dimension of the window that you cut in the outside wall is different from the inside trim ring. (trim ring needs a bigger hole ) Measure carefully and make a template for the inside and one for the outside. I found this out during the first install. Sure would have been good to know this before attempting the first install, but still turned out good.

Mine arrived today. Awesome quality right out of the box! I bought the 2 pack and it came with 2 windows and 2 trim rings. No paper template but you are to use the trim ring as a template. If you need a paper template it would take you less than 5 min to trace one out using the trim ring.

Outside look is nice, but inside trim ring could be better. It fits awkward, was able to use only three sides of trim ring. Probably not the worst out there to buy.
