A few months ago, my battery started to overload up to 15.3 V when the engine was running. I came to the conclusion that the original rectifier of my Yamaha FT9.9 LEX outboard had failed. I bought this replacement part which has now been working as good as the original Yamaha part for several months, for a fraction of the cost.
