Works great. We live on a bend in the road and can see everything. Very few false alarms after tweaking

⭐⭐⭐The camera has good image quality and a wide 180° field of view, but it has some major limitations. There is no tracking feature, and it does not move at all, so you have to manually adjust it, which is frustrating. The display is long and narrow, which works fine on a wall but not on the ceiling. I originally mounted it on the ceiling, but the view was awkward, and I had to take it down. If you’re looking for a camera with flexibility in placement or movement, this might not be the best choice. However, if you’re okay with a fixed-position camera and only need wall mounting, it does the job well. Over all it is a good camera.

Ok, so where to start on this Reolink Duo 3V camera... It's 180 degree of viewable, which is part of the much good. It's a solid camera, it's not cheap or weak case/shell. The Camera can obviously take some hits and keep on going which supports it's IK10 Vandal-proof rating.Unlike other cameras, you have to take the camera fully apart to secure it to the overhang. This is the bad part. While other cameras give you a base what allows you to slide/rotate the camera onto, it's very easy to secure a base to the overhang. In this camera, you will REALLY need to the template that's included, use that to drill your holes into the overhang, and hopefully, have your cable lined up as well. This really made mounting the camera a real pain in the rear end, and is why it's not a five star rating. Once you do have the main part mounted, you get to screw the cover back on with the included star type L shape wrench. Also, since you have no PTZ, you have to really crank hard on the Philips head screw to setup the alignment of the cameras up/down.The ugly comes in the form of getting this system setup. After loading the software onto my laptop, you could get the camera accessible, setup IP address and other goodies. In my case, I needed ONVIF along with a username/password combo. At first Synology would talk to ONVIF, but the camera just shut it self down. I then found that Synology actually has a REOLINK DUO 3V selection, and we went from ugly to a better setup. Had we not of had Synology's reolink setup, I have a feeling this would have been a mess to get working. Good thing I did check the Synology website first, and DUO 3V was listed. Finally, some more good. Once I did get it all working, you do get a very nice 180 degree view. It's not bad looking and where the two cameras "meet" is not bad [nor does it stick out in the middle of the picture]. So far, I'm happy with my purchase. The Synology has no issues with the camera and remote viewing works perfectly.

I waited until this product was available after the Christmas season. I think Reolink wanted to sell as much of the 2mp version as they could which is also a great camera but this one is even better.I had previously bought a POE camera from Reolink and I was very happy with how easy it was to set up and all the features it came with. I just needed a wider POV and better night vision. This camera is exceptional at both, I can't say enough good things about it!It's relatively easy to install and set up and it has an excellent interface. There are many ways to tweak it and I encourage you to go through each one carefully because once you have it set up properly it's really amazing at determining what is a car, person or animal. Then you can set up whether you want it to notify you or record or both based on a variety of factors like how long the subject is in frame and at what time of day.Or you can simply set it up and just pick some basic settings and it will still work great you really don't need to be an IT nerd like me. Most of all it's a fantastic deterrent. I live in a high petty crime neighborhood and the thieves always turn around when they spot my camera and my GF feels way safer when she gets home from work late at night because of the motion triggered spotlight.

I would recommend that you look at another brand product. My experience with this brand did not go well. Camera system worked for a short period, then failed. Product support is terrible.

HI - this camera has solid hardware - metal case, etc., and what it does is awesome. That said, the awesomeness is a bit of a limitation - the way the camera stitches together 2 different cameras into an uninterrupted panorama is proprietary, which means it's only viewable on the Reolink app and you can only store the video from this camera on a Reolink NVR. Aaaaand... this means you can only look at the panorama on your phone or the Reolink NVR app.In addition, if you're familiar with how most network cameras work - being able to control the resolution, bit rates, etc., those options are not provided through the industry standard: a web UI.So, if you're already committed to the Reolink ecosystem, good for you - I'm sure this camera rocks in that environment. If you're using any other sort of NVR or have a mix of camera vendors in your setup, this may not be for you.

We were looking for a wired camera system for our house, and had received a couple of rec’s for Reolink. I have to say, the clarity and range the camera picks up is incredible. My only negative feedback is that when it rains, the camera will sometimes recognize rain as a “person” in our driveway. This can be annoying especially n the middle of the night with the alerts going off non stop. Otherwise, excellent system and cameras.

The camera was pretty easy to install with 3 screws that are normally under the dome cover. So far, it's been pretty raintight. But what is really remarkable is the excellent image quality! Even in bad weather and at night, the images are crystal clear.Note that if you have a NVR, this camera will take up two horizontally adjacent windows. So if you don't see it after adding it on your Reolink NVR, it might just be on the next page.

Awesome camera exactly what I needed! Great 180 degree view! Image quality is perfect! Installation requires a little patience. Could not get camera to work with with any Reolink junction box.

This Reolink UHD panoramic dual-lens security camera can really handle my security demand, provide crystal-clear footage, and offer peace of mind with real-time alerts. The dual-lens setup brings exceptional clarity, capturing a super-wide view in ultra HD that doesn't miss a detail, even at night. And the color night vision makes those late-night clips are just as close vivid as the daytime ones, which is a great bonus for keeping an eye on my property after dark.Installation was a mixed bag: the camera itself was easy to set up, but managing the wiring was where things got interesting. The camera has Power over Ethernet (PoE), a fantastic feature if you have a PoE switch or NVR, as it simplifies setup to a single cable. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a PoE switch, so I went the two-cable route, with one for data and another for power. This setup works perfectly, but it means two cables snaking from my front porch to my router; and of course, no Wi-Fi wireless option here. The camera’s smart detection has been a real standout feature. It’s smart enough to detect people and moving objects, sending instant alerts to my phone, so I can be alerted and know exactly what’s happening outside. The Reolink app makes it easy to keep tabs on the camera feed and even lets me chat with visitors through the two-way talk feature. And the IK10 vandal-proof rating means it can handle a bit of rough treatment, which is reassuring for outdoor use.
