Perfect replacement on my washing machine. Just a handful of screws to remove, easy replacement. Fixed a leaky valve that caused water to drip into my washing machine tub when it should be off. Especially annoying right after a wash cycle ran. I assume original valve leaked due to hard water deposits and/or worn out seals. All good now.

The ge washer (gtw720bsnws) water valve will become defective over time. A slow drip from the hot water line was entering the tub. After some troubleshooting, determined that the water valve was at fault.It's a super easy repair. Remove a few screws and disconnect 4 electrical plugs to release the defective water valve. Do the reverse to reinstall. This is a common problem and surely a DIY repair.Glad this product was available for next day shipping!
