We love this leash but we have gotten two and the poop bag holder has snapped off both of them. Cannot figure out how to message the seller to discuss this issue

We've been using this leash for maybe 2 years now and it just doesn't kink, it doesn't get stuck and it just does its job. The retractor works very well and overall the leash is very durable. It came with a little cleanup bag attachment that worked well for a long time, but we've had to replace that. No big deal because it's an add-on and won't last forever. We just ordered a second to keep in the car. We've had several others and this is the best by far. Recommended.

Don't let it out completely. The part inside the Retractable leash will break if pulled with great force. My dog is only 50 lbs and I guess his force is too strong for this to handle. It lasted 14 months, it's great because it's strong, durable, retracts good, leash doesn't twist, and the grip is solid. I would like to open the handle and see what part broke.

I use mostly for my 100lb shepherd mix. He is a puller and has lasted through a few pulls.The light is very nice and bright enough. I like it’s all in one and light does not stick out + rechargeable.Has reflective leash line, I just can’t tell how reflective.

Have two large breed dogs. These work great for when I don’t want the dogs totally off leash but still have freedom to roam.

My huge puppy has broken two leashes already. I've been using this one for a while and so far it has held up great.I frequently use the feature where you can lock down the length. And it's easy to use and works well. No tangling in the retractable line.My puppy sometimes lunges after cats. He's still a tad reactive to things. But I can hold him with this leash just fine, and I'm a little thing, so that's saying something!Highly recommend!

I have had 4 of these before I purchased this one. The locking mechanism breaks, the leash frays and the clasp breaks so I wanted to get a leash that would be sturdy enough to handle my strong Alaskan Husky who loves to run. She has taken the leash out of my hand when I let my guard down for a second and the case was dragged across a huge parking lot and not a bit of damage to mechanism aside from a few scratches to the case . The lock feature is sturdy enough to let me reign her in when i don't want her wandering too far off and the 26 ft length is great when she wants to roam and its safe to do so. This is the best retractable leash i have owned and I would buy this one again in a heartbeat.

J’étais très satisfait au départ pour sa légèreté et de la lumière del la seule chose négatif que je trouvais c’est que le trou de la poignée pas assez grand pour des mitaines en hiver et sa fait seulement trois mois d’utilisation pas tous les jours et elle m’a laissé tombé en route pas très sécuritaire, j’aimerais bien en avoir une autre mais j’investirai pas certain pour le même produit j’aimerais bien que le commerçant me l’a remplace mais je sais pas comment les contacter pour leurs faire part alors j’écris ici.

I purchased this leash because my dog likes to investigate and water trees that are a ways from the sidewalk. Problem is other pet owners don't pick up after their pets and I got tired of cleaning my shoes.This leash is well built and hopefully will survive the inevitable drops.. I like having a 16 foot tape rather than a cable in case the dog drags across someone. The reflective tape will be a bonus for night walks. The handle fits my hands and the 'release/lock/pause' button is easy to work with one hand.The leash comes with an LED that helps me pickup after my dog during a night time walk. The battery is rechargeable and the leash has a magnetic power connecter in case I forget to unplug the reel after charging. It comes with a cable that connects to a standard USB-A charger.I'm pleased with this purchase.
