Good product and easy to use but a guy has to be careful how/where he puts them or the pins are kinda hard to get out the next day. It solves the hassle of inserting clips under tiles which im not gonna lie is pretty darn nice plus if used in conjunction with another system and you have that extremely frustrating situation where you get all your lippage control devices in and break the last one. Instead of taking everything apart just insert one of these and carry on.

I buyer this for my dad and still haven’t heard any complaints it looks very easy to use and it is in veryperfect condition
