We have a heavy clear plastic barrier on our front porch to serve as a 3-season room. This entry strip works great to allow entry but still keep the cold out. The adhesive has held up for 2 cold Wisconsin seasons and the magnet self closes nearly perfectly each time. Very happy with it.

These work well as long as you take your time installing them on the plastic sheeting. If you get it right they will do exactly what you want.

The instructions are straight forward and easy to follow. The Velcro used on both the rolls and magnets is very strong. The magnets used are also well placed and work really well. My only negative was I wish I used 6mil poly instead of 3mil, as my poly already has some small tears, the Velcro and adhesive will definitely outlast it.

I was unable to use it because I did not realize when I ordered it that it did not include any plastic it is just a reusable zipper. However in examining it it appears it would work quite well.

Very well thought out design The construction and materials look durable..Seems like it will last a long time. Very easy to use. I would recommend using a heavier weight plastic. I'm using 4 mil plastic sheathing and wouldn't go any less than that. Also,you need to make sure it is well supported above the opening. The weight of the unit tends to sag the plastic, which doesn't allow the magnet to catch at the lower part of the opening. I'm using it with ZipWall poles, so maybe it's just me. But overall a great set up. Everyone loves it.Customers, workers, Even the dog
