How to Install A New Battery:
- You need to turn off your tablet and disconnect the power.
- Disconnect the connection between the old battery and the motherboard to avoid unnecessary damage caused by disassembling the battery. Then unscrew the old battery screws one by one and carefully save each screw.
- Remove the old battery, carefully install the new battery on the battery case, screw in the screw, and connect the wiring of the new battery.
- Please search for the relevant battery installation guide on YouTube before you replaced. For example, use "How to replace Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 GT-P3110 battery" to search.
Tablet Battery Instruction:
- Discharge the new battery use to 5%(not to 0%) and then charge to 95%, and cycle 3-4 times to activate the battery’s maximum capacity..
- Do not disassemble, crush or puncture. Do not dispose of in fire or water.
- If you remove battery for a long time, charge more than 80% at least one time within one months.
- Don't connect adapter for a long time while using the battery. It may damage the battery.
- When using the battery, care should be taken to prevent exposure and moisture.

Battery fit perfectly and the tool kit that came with it made changing out the old battery very easy.

UPDATE! I will concede that it is possible that the problem is in my Tablet. But I think that it is a defective battery. When I first installed it about a month ago, it held a a little charge. I would charge it up to 100% and then use it until it was below 18% . Now around 50 to 60% the screen starts to flash, around 30 to 40% my tablet dies and the battery life is less than an hour. It was working better with the old battery. I am changing my review to 1 star.I just installed this battery on my Samsung tablet. The old battery only held a charge for about an hour maybe two tops. The new battery came with a 53% charge, and I am charging it up for the first time. That is why I could not comment on the battery life.This is the third battery or should I say the second time I am replacing the battery in this tablet. It is a good thing that I kept the tools from other battery replacements previously. The lever tools for opening the casing was not strong enough. I switched to the old set of tools before I was able to pry the first side open. Once I had the case open, I found the Phillips screwdriver worked, but barely, it is a little undersized for the screw heads. Again I have another set that has the correct size. When I tried to reinstall the new battery, I found the screw holes were too small. I have smaller drill bits, but I found a 1/16th inch drill bit worked well to open the holes. After that everything went back together easily. I gave 4 stars, because the way I see it I bought the battery and not the tools. Hopefully the battery life is good, or I may have to return to edit this review.

Tools included with battery are useless, both seam openers (blue sticks) seemed to made of hardened wax, and broke with some (minimal) pressure while opening the case. The other, guitar pic type tools were also underpar. The rest of the process went okay, we will see if the battery holds up.

I inherited a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 from my mother. It’s 10 yrs old and would not charge. The product arrived quickly and installed very easily and the tablet is good as new. I would’ve tossed it had it not belonged to my late mother.

This is the 2nd battery I have put into my tablet and it works like a champ but just the first that I exchanged 1 screw did not line up, no big thing. It came with the tools to open the case which is a definite plus.
