I got one that came with scuffs on it (and weird gunk like jt was used). The replacement looked way better it's dented on the packing material but the product itself is just perfect this time. They replaced it the next day 😮

The cutter is an important piece to make this musubi. It doesn't cut the nori at all. It's too small to cut it by hand. This was a waste of money.

It’s awesome, super easy to use and easy clean up . The size of them are awesome as well. You can fit 3 in a bento box. Just make sure you have some PAM spray nearby, otherwise it’s kinda hard to remove the rice from the form. All in all it’s awesome :)

The product arrived with all pieces intact, the directions had easy to understand pictures, and cleaning was no issue. I’ve used it twice so far and my rice balls turned out great!

Great idea for enticing kids to eat rice. But why are all directions in language other than English? I ordered in English, an English option for directions should have been provided.
