  • The protection current can be adjusted in 6 grades from 5A to 10A to 30A. The protection response time and delay can also be adjusted into 6 grades: immediate delay 1 second, 2 seconds ---- 5 seconds.

  • Example:
  • There is a stroller, the power is not large, the protection current can be set to 5A or 10A, when the stroller is in practical application, such as stuck uphill, the current will increase, if the current reaches 5A, it exceeds the preset overload. The current will be protected and disconnected at this time, so that the drive will not be damaged due to stuck rotor/excessive time/overcurrent.

  • 1. There is a potentiometer on the board to regulate the speed, supporting 0-5V touch input corresponding to duty cycle 0-100% stepless speed regulation, the default PWM frequency is 12KHZ, there are two function keys K1 and K2.
  • 2. Short press K1 key to switch between PWM output and no PWM output.
  • 3, long press K1 key for 4 seconds to switch between two kinds of tactile input, LED slow flash 2 times tactile input one (0.2-4.8V) input is valid, corresponds to duty cycle 0-100% stepless speed regulation, LED slow flash 4 times tactile input two (1-4.2V) input is valid, corresponds to duty cycle 0-100% stepless speed regulation (this parameter is mainly used with the Hall handle), after switching, automatically save the power off with memory, the first time power on default 0-100% stepless speed regulation (this parameter mainly used with Hall handle). After switching, it will automatically save the power failure and have memory, the default input is 0.2-4.8V for the first time.
  • 4. short press K2 key to set the output current overload protection value, the default overload current 20A, when the output current reaches 20A, the LED indicator flashes slowly, overload current lifted, the LED indicator returns to normal long light power supply instructions, such as the current continues to increase, when it reaches the set value of 1.2 times the protection action, shut down the output, the LED indicator flashes fast, this time a short press on the K1 key or restart with power failure can lift the output At this time, short press K1 key or restart the power failure can release the output protection, the LED indicator flash lifted to return to normal long light power indication.
  • 5. short press K2 key once to increase the output overcurrent protection value of one gear, a total of 6 optional gears, each increase of one gear for 5A, the minimum 1 gear 5A, the maximum 6 gear 30A cycle settings, such as the default is 4 gears 20A, this time short press the K2 key once the indicator flashes 5 times on behalf of the rise of a gear to 5 gears, the current of 25A, and then short press the 2 key once the indicator flashes 6 times on behalf of the rise of a gear to 6 gears, the current of 30A, and then short press the 2 key once the indicator flashes 1 time slowly. Press 2 key once, the indicator light will flash slowly 1 time to cycle to the first gear with 5A current, no matter which gear it is currently in, long press 2 key for 3 seconds to return to the default 4th gear with 20A current.
  • 6. Quickly short press the second K2 key, you can cycle through the settings of the current overload 1.2 times, the delay time, respectively, corresponding to the LED flash 1 time delay 1 second, flash the second time delay two seconds, flash three times delay three seconds, flash four times delay four seconds, flash five times delay 5 seconds, flash 6 times no delay set up automatically save the power outage has a memory, the default delay of 1 second).

Was super pumped to install so my daughter could use her little electric 4 wheel. I set it up to run with 18v ryobi batteries but was too fast. I then installed the controller. Worked really well and slowed it right down to a comfortable speed. She took a quick 2 minute break and when she went to start driving again it wouldn't move. I then could hear a slight ringing noise and the light was flashing repeatedly. After that I took the power wheels apart to try and figure out why the controller had suddenly stopped working. When I grabbed it I immediately felt heat as if it was getting too much power and over heating. I could only turn the dile about 25% until it would make a ringing noise and heat right up to even start smoking.

2 wires in 2 wires out how can you mess that up will it did not work for a c2 cooler with all power wheels gearboxs and a WELLYE JIARUIXIN JR-1816RXS-12V Kids Powered Ride on car 2.4G Bluetooth Remote Control and Receiver Kit Controller Control.. my rc cooler goes to danm fast for indoor use love racing out doors but inside , i gotta fine a way to slow this thing down and this and another brand both failed.. total lost reverse no matter how i wired it up.. but good news is i did get the wireless horn and headlights working now ...so not a total loss.. just very dissapointed in this product.. did work for me.......

With in 1/4 turn, voltage runs almost nothing to the voltage of the battery. No control here. Got one work.

Step your voltage to whatever is needed. I adjusted it with a multimeter until I got 6V and parked it there so I could use it on a lower power PowerWheel that needed 6V but using a 18V battery, so this stepper handled that so it wasn't going crazy. Worked great. Super easy to use.

It does work. I installed it on a 24v 4 wheeler that was too fast for my younger grandchildren. It does cut out occasionally but restarts after a few seconds. It allows us to adjust the top speed according to the rider's capability.

I think it would work great for my electric fuel pump to slow it down and last longer hopefully, but when I wired it I crossed the input and immediately burnt it out. I bought another different brand but looked the same and it worked great as I think this one would have. I will have to reorder and try again.

Had to in place it in a hard plastic container for protection. Seems to be working well as a speed controller for a power wheel.
